THE PLACE

Situated on the hills not faraway from Siena in a magnificent and luxuriant valley of more than 3000 ectars unfolding towards the south. You can enjoy the sight of Mount Amiata and the beneficial influence of the wind coming from the sea.

Located at 500/550 msl, the crown of hills with peaks at 700 msl protects the area from cold north winds so that even in full winter season you can benefit from sunny and warm days. An ancient tuscan house of 900 sqm on two levels to be restored + basement with 106000 sqm land.

The major part of the valley is government property and covered by woods. Only neighbours are deers and forest animals refuging there because it is a reservation.

The place is a small paradise unpolluted and with an enviable privacy (it is the only building having its own access). It is anyway easily accessible being just 7 kilometers far away from the town of Radicondoli where you can find the municipality, shops, supermarkets and pharmacy. The road is paved except the last 2 km from the valley entrance to the house.

Firenze - Siena --> then Bus to Radicondoli

Bus:
from Firenze or Colle Val d'Elsa
then to Radicondoli (till Cornocchia)

Perfect for a farm holydays place, for workshops or trainings and co-housing, it is appealing for who wants to live for a while in a natural environment. It is possible to create a food and energy self-sufficient community using permacolture, bio lake, fitodepuration, solar panels etc.
